If you are aware of a situation that may violate legal requirements, we ask you to report these concerns in our whistleblowing system. We take all reports seriously and examine them carefully.
Our whistleblowing system is available to all our employees, as well as to external persons, and accepts concrete indications and potential misconduct by JOANNEUM RESEARCH employees and company management anonymously and securely. The protection of our whistleblowers is our top priority.
The JOANNEUM RESEARCH whistleblowing system was set up in cooperation with the law firm Saxinger, Chalupsky & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH (SCWP Schindhelm), which we commissioned. The law firm assists us both technically and in terms of content in the processing of reports. The whistleblowing system runs on servers of the law firm SCWP Schindhelm. Lawyers from the SCWP Schindhelm law firm also carry out the checks on the reported tips and, if necessary, can call in other departments of JOANNEUM RESEARCH or external consultants.

- Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase."
- All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.
What you can do to protect yourself
- You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
- You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
- You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
